Why messages can't be sent?
When you can’t receive or send messages, you most likely have a bad internet connection. If you have checked your connection and it still does not work, try the following points:
- Check that you have the most recent update. If you don’t know how to update Criptoo, read How to update Criptoo.
- Turn off and on your phone.
- Make sure you don’t have Criptoo on more than one device with the same phone number.
If you tried the previous points and they are correct, the contact you are trying to chat with may have blocked you.
